You'll act as an acquisition representative, educating hospital staff and obtaining consent for birth tissue donation. You'll ensure compliance with FDA and AATB standards while managing donor records and coordinating shipments.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Educate hospital staff and physicians about the donation process.
• Obtain informed consent and conduct risk assessment interviews.
• Prepare and ship donated tissue and specimens for testing.
• Maintain donor records and ensure compliance with regulations.

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in healthcare or tissue recovery.
• Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Teams.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel to hospitals.
• Ability to pass a background check and comply with FDA/AATB standards.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience with aseptic techniques and donor eligibility determination.
