Description

You will serve as the key point of contact for a portfolio of UK Advantage clients, leading client relationships and ensuring satisfaction. You'll manage account strategy, execution, and delegate operational tasks while maintaining accountability and meeting deadlines. This role offers 100% remote work and a supportive culture.

Requirements

• 2+ years of online marketing, e-commerce, or affiliate marketing experience required.
• Direct affiliate marketing experience (in-house, agency, network) required.
• Knowledge of Affiliate Networks or SaaS platforms (ShareASale, Commission Junction, Impact, etc.) required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.
• UK Market Knowledge.
• Advanced Excel capabilities and comfortable with formatting, formulas, customizing reports, a plus.
• Working knowledge of HTML, a plus.
• Previous experience managing and motivating direct reports, a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead team and hold them accountable for timeliness and quality of deliverables.
• Provide strong client service, act as point of contact, and escalate issues as needed.
• Develop and execute account strategies and tactical plans to achieve client goals.
• Manage multiple campaigns with strong organizational skills and prioritize tasks.
• Identify new opportunities and recruitment tactics to drive client success and innovation.
