You'll serve as a trusted partner to the AMER sales team, reviewing and approving commercial contracts for accuracy and compliance. You'll aid them in navigating commercial, contractual, and operational considerations to book and close deals efficiently while safeguarding company interests. This role offers visibility across Sales, Legal, and Finance with opportunities to streamline processes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Review and approve commercial contracts for accuracy and compliance.
• Provide frontline support to Sales on quote configuration and deal navigation.
• Monitor deal flow and proactively surface discrepancies.
• Partner with Legal, Finance, and Product to address non-standard terms.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• 2+ years' experience in deal desk, contract administration, or sales operations.
• Strong understanding of sales processes and contract management.
• Experience navigating CRM systems like Salesforce.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with enterprise companies and government contracts.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (e.g. Lookup).
