💼 About This Role

You'll lead the launch of Product Operations from scratch, optimizing how we build product at a conversational AI platform. You'll drive strategic clarity and pace of execution across a cross-functional team. This role offers the chance to shape team enablement and influence product direction with customer and data insights.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build key processes like voice of customer and roadmapping
• Bring actionable insights from customers and data into product development
• Drive team enablement including training, development, and tooling

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Product Operations, TPM, or Product Management
• Experience building and operating cross-functional processes
• Experience managing and influencing cross-functional leaders
• Strong analytical acumen using quantitative and qualitative data

• Computer Science or Engineering degree
• Experience at a startup or high-growth company
• Experience working on a generative AI product
