💼 About This Role

You'll build advanced user behavior models to power ad ranking and recommendation systems at Unity. Your work will improve conversion prediction accuracy and drive better user engagement. This role offers the chance to shape the long-term technical direction of a foundational team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design, implement, and maintain user understanding models.
• Monitor model performance, calibrate predictions, and address data drift.
• Set long-term technical direction and oversee engineering designs.
• Communicate technical concepts to non-engineering stakeholders.

📋 Requirements

• MS or Ph.D. in CS, ML, Statistics, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years building large-scale Ads delivery and optimization systems.
• 3+ years in content understanding, behavior modeling, or user profiling.
• Proficiency in Python, Go, Scala, or C++.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with optimization algorithms in ad serving platforms.
• Knowledge of reinforcement learning and control systems.
