🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage full-cycle technical recruiting from sourcing to offer
• Partner with engineering leaders on hiring strategy and role profiles
• Use data and analytics to improve recruiting velocity and quality
• Maintain high hiring bar by assessing technical and cultural alignment

📋 Requirements

• 5 years of in-house technical recruiting at high-growth tech companies
• Experience recruiting for infrastructure or platform engineering roles
• Track record of proactive sourcing without relying on job boards
• Ability to evaluate technical talent across systems and data domains

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience recruiting ML infrastructure or distributed systems engineers
• Supporting diversity and inclusion initiatives
• Familiarity with Greenhouse ATS
