You will work on large-scale distributed systems at a leading digital financial platform, setting technical direction for multiple teams and mentoring engineers. You'll build resilient solutions using Clojure, AWS, and other modern technologies, collaborating closely with product and design teams.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience developing digital products in complex environments
• Deep expertise in distributed systems, microservices architecture, and cloud technologies
• Proven track record of designing and delivering large-scale systems serving thousands or millions of users
• Strong background in object-oriented or functional programming languages
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical initiatives across multiple teams without direct authority

Responsibilities

• Work with large-scale distributed systems and set technical direction for multiple teams
• Drive pragmatic innovation while ensuring resilient and flexible solutions
• Mentor engineers across teams, raising the technical bar
• Write, test, instrument, document, and maintain code; participate in code reviews
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering leaders to build new experiences
