Description

You will architect and lead the design of highly available Kubernetes clusters across on-prem and cloud environments, while mentoring team members and driving infrastructure-as-code initiatives to ensure reliability and scalability of our distributed edge computing platform.

Requirements

• 12+ years in DevSecOps/SRE and platform engineering
• 5+ years hands-on experience designing and managing Kubernetes in production
• Expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-prem Kubernetes
• Proficiency with IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible, Helm)
• Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack

Responsibilities

• Architect and lead design, deployment, and management of Kubernetes clusters on-prem (Galleon data centers) and cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Mentor team members in administering and monitoring Kubernetes clusters and infrastructure
• Implement Kubernetes networking (CNI, Ingress) and storage solutions (PV/PVC, CSI)
• Drive Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform, Ansible, Helm, and Kubernetes Operators
• Implement and enforce Kubernetes security best practices (RBAC, Network Policies, Secrets Management)
