  • 5-10 years of customer service in high-tech environment
  • SAP and advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot, Macros)
  • Order management and inventory reconciliation experience
  • Stakeholder management and strong communication skills

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain, or accounting
