- Set and achieve SLA targets for order fulfillment
- Proactively manage escalations and demand planning
- Drive material readiness to meet customer requirements
- Lead customer interactions and present weekly reports
๐ Requirements
- 5-10 years of customer service in high-tech environment
- SAP and advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot, Macros)
- Order management and inventory reconciliation experience
- Stakeholder management and strong communication skills

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain, or accounting
