You will build and scale the operational backbone of the legal function, partnering with the General Counsel to drive efficiency, implement systems, and ensure legal and compliance keep pace with business growth. This foundational role offers the opportunity to design processes from the ground up and directly impact company efficiency and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable processes across legal workflows and cross-functional initiatives
• Own selection, implementation, and management of legal tech stack (CLM, e-billing, matter management)
• Evaluate and optimize workflows through automation and tooling
• Act as primary liaison between Legal and IT/Security teams
• Manage outside counsel relationships, including bill reviews and spend controls
