Description

In this role, you will drive scalable, high-craft content for world-famous brands across beauty, home care, and foods using generative AI. You'll lead creative direction and design for priority brands, translating briefs into visual territories and polished outputs that drive engagement and conversion.

Requirements

• Portfolio showing standout generative AI work for large consumer brands
• Mastery of prompt design, reference control, and post-production
• Proven ability to take ideas from moodboard to final delivery
• Expertise with AI design tools (e.g., Midjourney, Stable Diffusion)
• Experience directing synthetic or live-action content

Responsibilities

• Lead concepting and art direction for AI-first and hybrid campaigns
• Design repeatable AI pipelines (prompt libraries, LoRA/ControlNet setups)
• Create key visuals, product renders, social content, storyboards, and motion loops
• Mentor designers and motion specialists; set quality standards
• Collaborate with brand teams, creatives, legal, and procurement on approvals
