💼 About This Role

You'll install, program, and commission BMS/controls systems for a managed facility services company. You'll partner with project teams to deliver high-quality, reliable solutions and own system performance for customers. This role requires 40-50% travel or relocation to a hub city.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Service and startup of existing building control systems
• Install building control components like controllers and sensors
• Perform point-to-point checkout per standard procedures
• Conduct project commissioning including daily meetings

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on BMS experience (for Chicago)
• PLC/SCADA Ignition experience (for PNW)
• Ability to read schematics and construction drawings
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass security screening

• Tridium/Distech experience
• Basic networking skills
• Familiarity with CAD
