💼 About This Role

You'll lead planning and execution of events including tradeshows, launch viewing parties, and VIP tours for Rocket Lab. You'll coordinate merchandise and manage vendors to ensure flawless execution. This role offers a chance to support space missions at a leading aerospace company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify and manage vendors for events and booth construction.
• Maintain event documents including schedules, layouts, and debriefs.
• Order and manage swag, brochures, and brand collateral.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet strategic event objectives.
• Serve as on-site lead for event execution and troubleshooting.

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma and 4+ years of event experience.
• Experience planning high-touch bespoke events and large-scale trade shows.
• Proven ability to manage events end-to-end with strategic planning and execution.
• Ability to travel up to 25% to support events across U.S. locations.
