You'll partner with enterprise Security teams to drive renewal and upsell opportunities at Socket, a fast-growing cybersecurity startup backed by top angels. You'll own the full customer lifecycle, from onboarding to quarterly health checks, shaping the future of product development.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Meet revenue targets with enterprise Security teams
  • Manage customer relationships for renewals and upsells
  • Run Quarterly Health Checks and manage renewals
  • Collaborate with Go-to-market, Engineering, and Professional Services

📋 Requirements

  • 5+ years in renewals Customer Success for B2B SaaS
  • Experience selling in the cybersecurity industry
  • Proven track record meeting renewal and upsell quotas
  • Experience communicating at C-Suite level
