💼 About This Role

You'll be the central technical lead for maintenance and optimization of building infrastructure at a fully automated fulfillment center in Oberhausen. You'll ensure maximum uptime and efficiency of all HVAC, electrical, and fire safety systems. This role stands out for its high-impact responsibility and focus on continuous improvement.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Take full ownership of technical condition and operational safety of the FC
• Manage technical defects and coordinate specialized external service providers
• Define and monitor preventive maintenance plans for all technical systems
• Drive process optimization in energy consumption and fault management

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's/Master's in Facility Management, Building Services, or similar technical field
• 2+ years of professional experience in technical facility management or maintenance
• Fluent German and very good English skills
• Driver's license class B
