You'll drive quality processes for Sentry products at a defense technology company transforming military capabilities. Your work ensures high reliability across development and production, impacting product lifecycle quality.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive product quality through design reviews and process validation
• Lead Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) and Material Review Board activities
• Establish quality metrics and analyze product health data
• Define and improve product and process requirements

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or similar technical field
• Experience in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Quality in surveillance/defense hardware
• Working knowledge of FMEA, APQP, PPAP, and GD&T
• Ability to obtain and hold a U.S. TS/SCI security clearance

✨ Nice to Have

• Master's degree in a technical field
• 5-7 years experience with quality systems for low-volume, high-complexity manufacturing
• Working knowledge of AS9100/ISO 9001 and IPC standards
