You will onboard custom contracts into billing systems, improve processes, and partner with cross-functional teams to scale operations and enhance user experience at Stripe, a financial infrastructure platform.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of financial operations/billing experience or 3+ years customer service with relevant degree
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Strong knowledge of gSuite, Salesforce, MS-Office
• Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders
• Self-disciplined, proactive, detail-oriented

Responsibilities

• Onboard sold custom contracts into billing systems
• Build scalable and auditable onboarding processes
• Partner with internal teams to improve processes and resolve user inquiries
• Assist with system implementations for billing and collections
• Support monthly and quarterly flux analysis of key metrics
