💼 About This Role
You'll act as a trusted adviser, leading Workday Time Tracking and Absence solution demonstrations and tailoring materials to client needs. You'll collaborate with sales through all stages to develop scope and proposals, supporting the hand-off to delivery teams. This role requires deep domain expertise and up to 50% travel.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Configure and deliver effective Workday solution demonstrations across multiple functional areas.
- Tailor materials and demos based on client need and competitive landscape.
- Partner with account teams to understand customer strategies and expand Workday footprint.
- Conduct discovery sessions and lead solution scoping for Statement of Work development.
📋 Requirements
- Current Workday Partner Certification in Time Tracking and/or Absence.
- Multiple end-to-end Workday Implementations across functional or technical areas.
- Professional experience in Pre-Sales / Sales Consulting preferred.
✨ Nice to Have
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and executive audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
