Description

Lead early-stage master planning and architectural design for hyperscale data centre developments. You will shape sweet-spot designs from site selection through concept and design development, partnering with Technology, Development and Operations teams to deliver scalable, compliant and innovative solutions across Australia and APAC.

Requirements

• Registered Architect (Australia)
• 10+ years experience in architecture and design management
• Strong experience on complex, services-intensive projects (data centres or mission-critical preferred)
• Strong knowledge of NCC, BCA, DDA and MEP coordination
• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD and digital 3D modelling

Responsibilities

• Develop master plans, test sweet-spot designs and produce schematic layouts (2D/3D)
• Contribute to Basis of Design documents aligned to AirTrunk standards
• Assess site suitability and constraints during pre-DD and DD phases
• Prepare Architectural Briefing Packages and manage architects and consultants
• Coordinate across Technology, Development and Operations to ensure aligned outcomes
