Description

As a Senior Product Designer on Discovery, you'll design the surfaces that connect billions of users with the best experiences on Roblox, including the home page, ranking, search, events, notifications, and onboarding. You'll define UX strategy, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor junior designers to build an industry-leading metaverse platform.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Product Design, UX Design, Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or related field
• 8+ years of UX/UI design experience with a strong track record of delivering innovative consumer discovery experiences
• Strong portfolio showcasing exceptional visual design skills and user-centered design thinking
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Blender, Maya or similar
• Deep understanding of gaming industry and user-generated content platforms like Roblox

Responsibilities

• Define UX design strategy and collaborate on roadmap for core Discovery surfaces
• Create visually compelling and intuitive user interfaces across devices for a global audience
• Collaborate with Foundation Design Systems team to develop new patterns and UI components
• Leverage analytics and user feedback to identify pain points and implement data-driven improvements
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers
