Description
As a Client Value Partner, you'll lead strategic customer engagements to drive data-driven business transformation using Celonis Process Intelligence. You'll act as a trusted advisor for C-level executives, orchestrating cross-functional teams to ensure customer success and maximize the value realized from our platform.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of relevant customer success, strategy consulting, or related experience in digital technology
- Strong experience in driving large-scale transformation programs, process re-engineering, and implementations
- Deep exposure to successful change management practices
- Ability to navigate large global organizations and persuade through data and facts
- Natural and consultative approach when engaging with senior executives
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with C-level stakeholders, embedding Celonis into strategic objectives
- Lead end-to-end customer value journey, ensuring high-quality, on-time project completion and client satisfaction
- Influence senior stakeholders through executive communication, product knowledge, and industry expertise
- Organize and lead customer advisory boards to gather insights and improve products and services
- Drive customer presence at key events and contribute to playbooks and tools for the value engineering team
