Description

As a Client Value Partner, you'll lead strategic customer engagements to drive data-driven business transformation using Celonis Process Intelligence. You'll act as a trusted advisor for C-level executives, orchestrating cross-functional teams to ensure customer success and maximize the value realized from our platform.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant customer success, strategy consulting, or related experience in digital technology
  • Strong experience in driving large-scale transformation programs, process re-engineering, and implementations
  • Deep exposure to successful change management practices
  • Ability to navigate large global organizations and persuade through data and facts
  • Natural and consultative approach when engaging with senior executives

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with C-level stakeholders, embedding Celonis into strategic objectives
  • Lead end-to-end customer value journey, ensuring high-quality, on-time project completion and client satisfaction
  • Influence senior stakeholders through executive communication, product knowledge, and industry expertise
  • Organize and lead customer advisory boards to gather insights and improve products and services
  • Drive customer presence at key events and contribute to playbooks and tools for the value engineering team
