๐ผ About This Role
You'll lead and expand business in the UKI region, driving strategy and growing revenue through new customer acquisition and existing customer expansion. You'll manage a team of salespeople to exceed quotas and build executive-level relationships.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Develop knowledge of technology platform, product messaging, and competitor landscape
- Own sales plan creation, compensation structures, and customer segmentation
- Ensure attainment of assigned sales quotas by driving sales methodology
- Foster teamwork, transparency, creativity, and continuous improvement
๐ Requirements
- Track record of leading teams to exceed quotas in technical client acquisition business
- Strong SaaS sales leadership experience
- Executive level relationships with customer accounts
- Ability to operate in an entrepreneurial environment
