Description

As a Lead User Researcher at Monzo, you will set up research systems and processes for our Barcelona office, build a customer-obsessed team culture, and collaborate with global researchers to deliver high-impact work. You'll help hire talent and work cross-functionally with product, design, and engineering teams.

Requirements

• Experience setting up research processes for the first time
• Worked on a global product before
• Hands-on with exploratory and evaluative qualitative research methods
• Led research in a multidisciplinary team environment with demonstrable impact
• Strong communication and facilitation skills
