Description
As part of Lightspeed's Support team, you will be the first point of contact for our hospitality customers, handling a variety of requests from general education to hardware/software investigation. You'll work with a global 24x7 team, troubleshoot issues, and maintain high support standards via phone, chat, and email.
Requirements
- Previous customer service or technical support experience
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional customer experience focus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
- Basic experience with iOS, Android, OSX, and Windows platforms
Responsibilities
- Handle customer interactions via phone, chat, and email with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues for hospitality customers
- Document and track interactions in support platforms
- Identify, reproduce, and escalate product issues to QA team
- Advocate for product improvements and maintain high availability according to roster
