💼 About This Role

You'll manage and improve identity systems, endpoint devices, and cloud infrastructure at Robinhood. You'll build automation to streamline account and device lifecycle processes, contributing to engineering standards through code reviews and documentation. You'll also use AI-assisted tools to enhance development workflows.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage endpoint devices, identity systems, Okta, and Google Cloud infrastructure.
• Design and build tools based on internal requirements to improve system functionality.
• Develop automation for device, account, and identity lifecycle management.
• Support engineering teams by troubleshooting system issues and resolving escalations.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years experience as Systems, Site Reliability, Infrastructure, or related engineer.
• Hands-on experience managing macOS or Windows devices using modern endpoint management tools.
• Experience coding or scripting in Python, Swift, Go, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code or Gemini.

• Experience with Okta and Google Workspace.
• Knowledge of security best practices for endpoint and identity management.
