Description

You will lead the vision and execution for Nextiva's next-generation AI-powered voice capabilities within their CX platform, transforming traditional voice interactions into intelligent automated conversations to enhance agent productivity, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in SaaS Product Management
  • Deep understanding of voice technologies (VoIP protocols, telephony systems, audio codecs)
  • Experience with AI/ML for voice (NLP, ASR, TTS, LLMs, RAG)
  • Knowledge of contact center voice (ACD, IVR/IVA, CTI) and UCaaS platforms
  • Experience with competitive landscape (NICE, RingCentral, Dialpad, Five9, Genesys, Twilio)

Responsibilities

  • Define long-term product strategy for Voice capabilities (UCaaS and CCaaS) aligned with AI-first differentiation
  • Translate strategy into a data-informed roadmap prioritizing AI-powered features like transcription, NLP, and voice AI automation
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and GTM teams to deliver high-impact releases
  • Drive continuous iteration post-launch through telemetry, experimentation, A/B testing, and customer feedback
  • Influence senior stakeholders through storytelling and data-backed recommendations
