You will drive conversion and growth across the full customer journey from lead to customer, blending strategic leadership with hands-on execution. You'll build personalized multi-channel lifecycle programs and partner with Product, Analytics, Creative, and Operations to deliver measurable business impact at scale.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in CRM and lifecycle marketing in consumer and financial services
  • Experience building multi-channel lifecycle campaigns (email, SMS, direct mail)
  • Deep expertise in triggered campaigns, segmentation, personalization, journey orchestration
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret results and measure KPIs (LTV, churn, engagement)

Responsibilities

  • Develop lifecycle marketing strategy to accelerate conversion across lead-to-customer journey
  • Create targeted multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, direct mail, voice, CRM)
  • Build segmentation strategies and trigger-based automation flows
  • Partner with Analytics to define key lifecycle metrics and optimize performance
  • Manage creative development, experimentation, and campaign operations with budget oversight
