You'll lead cafe operations and elevate the coffee experience while upholding high standards for hospitality and sustainability. You'll inspire team members through training and continuous learning.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee service flow to ensure safety, cleanliness, quality, and efficiency.
• Execute operational duties: ordering, receiving, and inventory management.
• Facilitate onboarding and training of new team members.
• Lead shift checklists, deploy staff, and handle guest concerns.
• Assume responsibility for cash handling and daily deposits.

📋 Requirements

• 6 months to 1 year of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Completed Barista training and validation or within 90 days.
• Existing Food Safety Certification or obtain within 30 days.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays.
