💼 About This Role

You'll lead clinical operations for a growing ABA therapy practice in Hickory, NC, starting with home-based services and working toward opening a clinic. Your role ensures gold-standard behavioral care for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. This position offers a path to become Clinical Director of the future clinic.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage own caseload ensuring high-quality care and outcomes
• Conduct behavior assessments and facilitate ABA-based programs
• Provide clinical supervision and direction to RBTs
• Facilitate parent training and family stewardship

📋 Requirements

• BCBA credential with at least 2 years of experience
• Experience supervising other BCBAs
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
