💼 About This Role

You'll own Rain's cards product as a senior IC, shaping the cardholder experience, platform capabilities, and growth loops. You'll partner with engineering, design, and external fintech/institutional partners, directly driving card adoption and usage across partner programs. This role offers high impact at a hypergrowth company backed by top investors, with the freedom to explore ideas in an open and flat structure.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the end-to-end roadmap for Rain's cards product
• Partner with engineering on platform and infrastructure tradeoffs
• Define and ship the card experience for partners' users
• Build activation and growth levers to drive adoption and retention
• Translate complex payments and stablecoin infrastructure into intuitive products

📋 Requirements

• 8-10 years of product management experience shipping products from zero-to-one through scale
• Exceptional product judgment and analytical rigor
• Strong technical fluency in APIs, payments systems, and blockchain concepts
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Experience with card issuing, payments, or cross-border fintech products
• Exposure to stablecoins, crypto, or smart contract ecosystems
• Previous startup or hypergrowth environment experience
