💼 About This Role

You'll lead product development for Arcadia's Raman spectroscopy platform, productionizing hardware and software for internal and external users. Your work will directly enable researchers to run complex assays without specialized backgrounds.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assess current capabilities and define production roadmap for Raman hardware and software.
• Conduct user interviews to translate workflow needs into design priorities.
• Build and iterate internal deployment for non-expert researchers.
• Define and execute external deployment with partner labs and companies.

📋 Requirements

• PhD or equivalent depth in relevant engineering or physics field.
• 2+ years industry experience developing and scaling hardware or instrumentation.
• Experience managing a small technical team.
• Hands-on experience with optical systems, spectroscopy, or instrument software.
