💼 About This Role

You'll play a founding role on the Web Experience team, building a brand-new web application for ShareGate Migrate from scratch. You'll help define technical foundations and user experience that will impact thousands of IT professionals worldwide. This greenfield project offers a high degree of autonomy and collective decision-making.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Ship full-stack features meeting quality and UX standards for the new web app.
• Deliver simple, well-crafted user experiences in partnership with PM and designer.
• Lay solid technical foundations through architecture decisions and engineering practices.
• Integrate Microsoft APIs (Graph, Azure AD/Entra, MSAL) reliably for migration and auth.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience delivering commercial software products with strong adoption.
• Proven experience building web applications with TypeScript and React.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience with relational or non-relational databases.
• Solid backend development skills in C# / .NET.

• Hands-on experience using AI coding tools (e.g. Claude, GitHub Copilot).
• Experience with Microsoft APIs (Microsoft Graph, Azure AD / Entra ID, MSAL).
