You'll lead the Aero Value Stream by embodying Lean principles and driving outage standards for LM6000, LM2500, and LMS100 technologies. Your leadership will optimize global processes and foster a culture of continuous improvement, enabling reliable energy solutions worldwide.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead development and improvement of outage standards for gas turbine technologies.
• Oversee Live Outage content deployment to the field.
• Drive adoption of standard work, planning, and reconciliation best practices.
• Serve as equipment-specific subject matter expert.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field.
• Minimum 11 years progressive experience in field services.
• Power generation and field services experience in gas/steam turbine maintenance.
• Proficiency in English is required.
