💼 About This Role
You'll own customer success and revenue growth across your portfolio at Aircall. You drive net revenue retention by uncovering expansion opportunities and renewals. This hybrid role in NYC offers the chance to shape strategy on a next-gen AI-powered communications platform.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Manage renewals, expansions, and churn mitigation to drive NRR.
- Identify and activate growth opportunities within your portfolio.
- Prospect into existing accounts to uncover new use cases and SKUs.
- Partner with Customer Engineering to ensure adoption milestones are met.
📋 Requirements
- Experience in SaaS Account Management or Commercial Customer Success.
- Track record of achieving revenue targets.
- Consultative sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to develop account expansion strategies.
