You will design and implement features using the Javascript stack to enhance customer experience tools, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to engineering best practices in a fast-paced startup environment.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Software Engineer with CX tools focus
• Strong understanding of backend REST APIs
• Knowledge of service-oriented architectures
• Experience with unit and end-to-end tests
• Fluency with AI engineering tools

Responsibilities

• Design and implement features within the Javascript stack
• Iterate on features to improve user experience and performance
• Contribute to software architecture and engineering best practices
• Participate in code review and mentor other engineers
• Partner with Product, Growth, Marketing, and CX teams
