💼 About This Role

You'll build MarTech systems for PawChamp, an international dog training product. Your Python backend and AI automation will replace manual marketing workflows. You'll own end-to-end internal platforms that scale campaign insights.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop end-to-end MarTech solutions for marketing teams.
• Build ETL/ELT pipelines from ad platforms into analytics.
• Integrate Generative AI for automated creative generation.
• Automate routine campaign operations and monitoring.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of backend development in Python
• Experience with PostgreSQL or MongoDB
• Strong understanding of REST APIs and webhooks
• Experience building ETL/ELT pipelines

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Airtable or orchestration tools like n8n
• Familiarity with AI/LLM APIs (OpenAI etc.)
• Experience in MarTech, Growth, or Performance Marketing
