Description

As a Solar Technician at Clearway Energy in Marlborough, Massachusetts, you will troubleshoot, maintain, service, and repair solar PV systems to ensure safe and profitable operations. You'll work on corrective and preventive maintenance, perform electrical troubleshooting, and collaborate with the operations center.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• Demonstrable mechanical aptitude and basic electrical knowledge
• Ability to work overtime and non-standard hours
• For Level III: 4+ years PV solar experience

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair solar PV systems
• Perform corrective, preventive, and emergency maintenance
• Execute electrical troubleshooting and instrumentation calibration
• Prepare and implement switching and clearance orders
• Participate in training and safety compliance
