Description
You will manage support needs for high-value Resellers, triage issues, gather feedback, and recommend solutions to complex questions. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, sales, and support teams to ensure successful establishment and growth of large sellers.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years customer service, implementation, sales or account management experience in a technical environment.
- Ability to work weekends (Tue-Sat or Sun-Thur) and travel up to 20%.
- Technical proficiency with APIs, SDKs, and custom integration solutions.
- Strong technical documentation and communication skills.
- Ability to distill complex enterprise requirements into tailored solutions.
Responsibilities
- Serve as first-line support for strategic portfolio accounts via phone, email, and Google Meets.
- Implement onboarding and training curriculum, ensuring adherence to timelines.
- Maintain advanced knowledge of Square products, APIs, SDKs, and custom integrations.
- Build relationships with enterprise contacts including C-level executives and technical support.
- Analyze customer issue trends and suggest improvements to enhance the up-market seller experience.
