Your core impact will be translating commercial goals into onsite actions to boost conversion and average order value. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Own overall DTC ecommerce performance across all markets.
• Translate commercial goals into clear ecommerce priorities.
• Lead onsite execution of product launches, promotions, and campaigns.
• Manage homepage, category pages, product pages, and onsite merchandising.

📋 Requirements

• 6-8 years experience in DTC ecommerce, ideally beauty, fashion, or lifestyle.
• Hands-on experience owning onsite performance and ecommerce merchandising.
• Strong experience with Shopify or comparable ecommerce platforms.
• Proven background in onsite optimization and ecommerce operations.

• Experience managing agencies or freelancers.
• Fluent in another European language.
