You'll be an early member of Replit's sales team, handling inbound leads and outbound prospecting to build pipeline for Account Executives. You'll evangelize AI-powered software creation and drive go-to-market strategy across all customer segments.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Generate and qualify sales opportunities via inbound and outbound activities.
- Research target accounts and create personalized outreach strategies.
- Articulate Replit's value proposition aligned with customer challenges.
- Schedule meetings between qualified prospects and Account Executives.
๐ Requirements
- 0-2 years in sales development or customer-facing role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-starter with strong organizational skills.
- Resilience and persistence in face of rejection.

- Experience at early-stage startup or developer tools.
- Basic understanding of software development or coding concepts.
