You'll be an early member of Replit's sales team, handling inbound leads and outbound prospecting to build pipeline for Account Executives. You'll evangelize AI-powered software creation and drive go-to-market strategy across all customer segments.

  • Generate and qualify sales opportunities via inbound and outbound activities.
  • Research target accounts and create personalized outreach strategies.
  • Articulate Replit's value proposition aligned with customer challenges.
  • Schedule meetings between qualified prospects and Account Executives.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 0-2 years in sales development or customer-facing role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills.
  • Resilience and persistence in face of rejection.

  • Experience at early-stage startup or developer tools.
  • Basic understanding of software development or coding concepts.
