- Bachelor's degree required.
- 3+ years of HR Business Partner experience supporting large employee populations.
- Professional HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or CRCR) required.
- Experience supporting organizations with 2,500+ employees in multi-site environments.
