💼 About This Role

You'll own the planning and execution of Skydio's Customer Summits and support a calendar of field marketing events and trade shows. You'll deliver high-quality customer-centric experiences that showcase autonomous drone technology and support pipeline growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end planning and delivery of Customer Summits.
• Manage event timelines, budgets, and logistics across multiple summits.
• Coordinate venues, vendors, catering, A/V, signage, and staffing.
• Support planning and execution of trade shows and regional field events.

📋 Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in event management or field marketing.
• Proven experience planning and executing customer-facing events.
• Strong project management skills with multiple events simultaneously.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience planning customer summits or user conferences.
• Familiarity with live event production and A/V coordination.
• Experience supporting product demonstrations.
