You'll architect and deliver full-stack features in the Python ecosystem for a healthcare price transparency platform. You'll independently drive complex projects from concept to production on a small, high-leverage team. This remote role offers equity and flexible hours at a Series C startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• End-to-end delivery of new features from design to deployment
• Architect robust, scalable full-stack applications in Python ecosystem
• Work autonomously on complex assignments with cross-team collaboration
• Iterate on shipped products based on feedback and usage data

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years professional experience with Python
• Strong experience building production systems with Django
• Proven track record of independently delivering complex, high-impact projects
• Strong command of SQL with schema and query optimization

✨ Nice to Have

• Healthcare domain experience or understanding of healthcare data
• Experience with data analysis tools like Pandas, NumPy
• DevOps experience with deployment pipelines or infrastructure as code
