Description

You will design, build, and maintain the pre-sales demonstration environment, enabling field teams with tools and best practices. You'll own the demo architecture, create reusable scenarios, monitor environment health, and partner with cross-functional teams to align demos with product releases.

Requirements

• 7+ years in Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, DevOps/Cloud Engineer, or Demo Engineer (SaaS)
• Hands-on cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), scripting (Python/JavaScript), APIs/integrations
• Strong understanding of web/SaaS architectures, authentication, REST, webhooks, iPaaS
• Cross-functional collaboration skills with Sales, Product, Marketing, Customer Success
• Excellent documentation, organization, and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Own architecture, configuration, and lifecycle of central demo environment
• Build and maintain reusable demo scenarios and sample data
• Monitor environment health and resolve issues proactively
• Partner with Solution Engineers, AEs, Product, and Marketing to prioritize improvements
• Train and enable sales, SEs, and partners on demo best practices
