Description

You will assess residents' health status, develop and implement dynamic care plans, administer medications and treatments, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care. Your critical thinking and communication skills will help manage changes in condition and maintain a safe, supportive environment.

Requirements

• Education from an accredited nursing school resulting in RN licensure
• Current RN license in state of employment
• CPR/AED certification required or willing to obtain within six months
• Critical thinking skills
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods and lift/transfer patients and equipment

Responsibilities

• Assess residents' health, educational, and environmental needs on admission and ongoing
• Develop and update care plans through interdisciplinary collaboration
• Administer medications, treatments, and IV fluids safely and timely
• Communicate changes in condition to physicians using SBARR
• Monitor care delivery and address problems using QAPI process
