You'll own the component library that powers our AI workforce platform, architecting tokens, theming, and accessibility in code. Your work will directly impact the consistency and quality of products used by industry leaders like Canva and Databricks.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Evolve shared component library in React/Vue with tokens and theming
• Design scalable component APIs with intuitive props and patterns
• Build end-to-end system architecture from tokens to patterns
• Develop documentation with usage guidance and migration paths

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years in frontend engineering with design system ownership
• Deep expertise in component architecture using Vue or React
• Hands-on experience with design tokens and theming systems
• Strong UI craft with pixel-perfect fidelity and accessibility

• Experience managing versioning and deprecations across teams
• Comfortable in fast-moving startup environment
• Leverages AI tools in workflow for documentation and refactoring
