💼 About This Role

You'll design and maintain observability pipelines using the Elastic Stack for Azure and AWS workloads at Veeam. Your work will directly improve incident response and proactive support capabilities for a leading data resilience platform. This role offers hands-on impact on multi-tenant cloud infrastructure and SLO-driven reliability.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and maintain Elastic Stack observability pipelines across Azure and AWS
• Develop SLO/SLI dashboards and error budget reporting
• Lead incident response and create runbooks for distributed cloud workloads
• Build proactive support tooling like pattern analysis and alerting

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in cloud platform engineering or SRE supporting SaaS products
• Hands-on Elastic Stack experience (dashboards, KQL, Query DSL, Fleet)
• Experience operating multi-tenant workloads on Azure or AWS
• Proficiency in IaC tools (Azure Bicep, Terraform) and CI/CD (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions)
