Description

You will lead MongoDB's compliance efforts for Atlas for Government, overseeing federal authorizations like FedRAMP High and DoD IL5+. You'll manage a team, coordinate with regulators, and translate complex security requirements into actionable roadmaps.

Requirements

• 8+ years in GRC, Information Security, or IT Audit
• Significant experience managing US public sector compliance programs (FedRAMP/DoD) end-to-end
• Deep expertise in FedRAMP, DoD Cloud SRG, NIST 800-53, CJIS, ITAR
• Proven track record working with FedRAMP authorization officials and federal agencies
• Advanced proficiency in Jira/Confluence and cloud-native security controls in AWS, GCP, or Azure

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of senior individual contributors and analysts
• Oversee end-to-end success of federal assessments with 3PAOs and agency sponsors
• Manage ConMon program for Atlas for Government
• Serve as primary point of contact for Product, Engineering, and Legal on federal requirements
• Translate federal compliance health into business risk and market readiness
