Description

You will lead a team of production associates in an Inspection Center, managing workflow to meet production and quality goals while ensuring safety and adherence to standards. Your primary focus is on coaching your team, resolving issues, and driving continuous improvement in vehicle reconditioning.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Valid unrestricted driver's license with clean driving record in last 3 years
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Standing for extended periods with frequent stretching, reaching, walking, stooping, pushing/pulling
• Demonstrated functional expertise in one or more areas of reconditioning process

Responsibilities

• Manage movement of vehicles into/out of Inspection Center safely to meet production and quality goals
• Oversee day-to-day activities of assigned team; identify strengths, weaknesses, and improvement areas
• Coach, develop, and performance-manage team members; provide feedback and demonstrate skills
• Review and approve identified mechanical and physical defects of incoming inventory
• Train production associates using Quality Control standards to complete repairs effectively first time
