Description

As a Sales Operations Manager, you will own the CRM and GTM tech stack, optimize sales workflows, and ensure data integrity to enable the sales team to drive revenue efficiently. You'll work directly with the Head of Revenue Operations and cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM Operations
  • Deep technical expertise with HubSpot and Salesforce
  • Experience managing complex GTM tech stacks and integrations
  • Strong analytical skills with Looker, Tableau, SQL, or Excel
  • Excellent communication and ability to translate technical concepts

Responsibilities

  • Serve as administrator and subject-matter expert for Salesforce and GTM tools
  • Design, implement, and maintain automation workflows and system integrations
  • Build dashboards and reports to support Sales leadership
  • Optimize lead-routing, account assignment, and territory management
  • Support weekly forecasting and ensure pipeline accuracy
